Terms and Conditions
1. All conditions shown on the Ticket are to be read together with all other statements or directives either shown on the Ticket or displayed on or at the Event and or at the Venue.
2. No responsibility taken for any unauthorised person that enters the Event or Venue using a copy of your Ticket. The unique 2D bar code printed on Tickets will allow access only to the first Ticket used to enter the Venue. If your Ticket has been copied and used to enter the Event, it is your responsibility. Tickets cannot be replaced or payment refunded unless the Event Promoter agrees to reimburse you.
3. The Ticket may not, without the prior consent of the Promoter, be resold or offered for resale at a premium over the face value of the Ticket (including auction websites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services either by the original Ticket purchaser or from the Promoter or any subsequent Ticket holder. If the Ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Ticket without a refund. This Ticket is only valid when purchased from official agents. A Ticket bought from other sources may be refused entry.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to enforce published Ticket purchase limits and cancel any Ticket obtained above said limits by any one customer.
5. If the Event is cancelled by the Promoter for any reason, only the face value of the Ticket will be refunded. If the Promoter deems it necessary to abandon the Event due to the forces of nature or any other reason, refund of the face value of the Ticket is at the discretion of the Promoter.
6. Save as required by law, a Ticket will not be replaced or money refunded after purchase. A duplicate Ticket will not be issued for a lost, stolen or damaged Ticket. The Promoter does not offer a refund for a lost, stolen or damaged Ticket or where the Ticket holder cannot attend the Event or Venue due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to change the line-up and/or the date of the Event without prior notification. In the event of a change to the date or line-up, a Ticket refund will not be available.
8. There are restricted capacities at some Events and Venues. Once the maximum capacity is reached, there will be no further admissions. Your purchase of a Ticket does not guarantee admission to these areas in such cases.
